We’re a telehealth service that specializes in asynchronous healthcare. Our platform is designed to provide a convenient way to access prescription medication without making appointment or video calls with doctors. 

We focus on travel-related medications, including those for motion sickness, traveler’s diarrhea, allergies, high altitude illness, period delay, and contraceptives. Our goal is to keep you healthy and prepared for your journey.

Our team of licensed doctors has carefully selected a limited number of high-quality medications that are proven to be safe and effective for treating common health concerns like allergies, motion sickness, contraception, and more. We focus on a small number of medications to ensure we provide the best, most direct, and most affordable care possible.

Before you proceed with your order, you will complete a quick eligibility check to ensure that you are a good candidate for the medication. This initial check is a screening tool and not a guarantee that you will receive a prescription.

The final determination is made by a licensed doctor after they have thoroughly reviewed your health information. The doctor assesses your medical history to ensure the medication is safe and appropriate for your specific health needs. Your safety is our top priority, and the doctor’s consultation is a necessary step to ensure we provide the best care possible.

We stand out because we offer a simple, transparent, and affordable solution. Our doctors pre-select the best medications, eliminating confusion and long-form medical questionnaires. Our platform is designed for efficiency and convenience, getting you the medication you need quickly and discreetly.

All delivered orders include free nationwide shipping via our partner pharmacies. For those who need their medication sooner, we offer an optional Next-Day Air service. You can also opt to pick up your prescription directly at a local pharmacy of your choice.

Your health information is reviewed by highly experienced, board-certified physicians who specialize in telemedicine. Our physicians are licensed across all 51 U.S. states, allowing us to provide rapid and efficient consultations no matter where you are.

Yes. Your privacy is our top priority. We are a HIPAA-compliant, regulated healthcare service, and your personal information is only shared with the licensed physician who is reviewing your case.

The $30 fee covers the cost of our service, including all processing and the consultation with a licensed doctor who will determine if the medication is right for you. This fee gives you access to a quick and convenient medical review. The medication itself is sold separately. If you choose to have the full experience with us, many of our most popular medications are available for just $5.

You also have the option to have your prescription sent to a local pharmacy for you to pick up. In this case, you would only be charged the $30 consultation fee, and you would pay for the medication directly at the pharmacy you choose.

Our services are available in the majority of states. Unfortunately, due to state regulations, we are unable to service patients residing in Delaware, Kansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Vermont, and West Virginia at this time.

No. Our services are only available to individuals 18 years of age or older. We cannot provide prescriptions or consultations to minors.

Yes. Providing a valid government-issued ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) is a requirement from our medical partner, Beluga Health. This is necessary for a licensed doctor to verify your identity and ensure compliance with telehealth regulations.

You’ll be asked to provide your ID and a selfie after confirming your order through our secure portal. Rest assured your information will be securely transmitted to a licensed physician for your consultation.

How It Works

Step 1: Select Your Medication

Browse our selection of medications and choose the one that’s right for your needs.

Our doctors have prepared a handful of questions that can quickly determine if you’re a good candidate for the medication you chose.

If you are eligible for the medication, you will proceed to the checkout screen. Here, it is important to provide your contact information, including a valid phone number, as the consultation with the doctor is conducted via text message. You will also need to enter your shipping address to have the medication delivered to you.

Payment is processed securely via a VISA solution (Authorize.net), and we accept all major debit and credit cards.

After a successful payment, you will be asked to complete a general health form. This form allows you to provide important information to the doctor, including a government-issued ID and a selfie for identity verification.

You will receive an initial text message from our medical partner, Beluga Health. To begin the consultation, you must reply to this message, which will assign a licensed doctor to your case. 

The consultation is asynchronous, so you can reply at your convenience. Once the initial message is activated, a physician will typically respond within a few hours to determine if a prescription will be issued and provide instructions on how to take your medication.

Once approved, the prescription is sent directly to our partner pharmacy, GoGoMeds, for processing and delivery. You will receive email updates from us about your order, including a tracking number once your package has shipped.

What happens after I complete my purchase?

After you pay and complete your health form, your information is securely sent to our medical partner, Beluga Health. A licensed doctor will review your case. This is a crucial step to ensure the medication is right for you.

We work hard to complete your consultation within 24 hours (typically much less!).

Beluga Health is our medical partner, and they provide the licensed doctors who will review your health information and write the prescription. This text message is the start of your consultation.

Yes. Once the pharmacy has processed your order and prepared it for shipping, we will send you an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress.

No. If you have already completed a health form, you can skip this step for future orders.
